30,000 m² of Materials, All in One Location

GEORGE's SHOWROOM

Most overseas buyers waste days driving between scattered factories in Foshan. Our showroom consolidates everything you need to see—cabinets, countertops, flooring, doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures—in a single 30,000-square-meter facility.

What You'll See

Kitchen & Bath Displays

Full-scale kitchen and bathroom mockups showing cabinet construction, countertop options, and fixture integration. You can open drawers to check hardware quality, test soft-close mechanisms, and see how waterproofing details are handled.

We display multiple price points for each category. Budget-conscious projects get functional solutions. High-end hospitality projects get premium finishes. You see the actual quality difference, not just spec sheets.

Door & Window Systems

Operating door and window displays demonstrating hardware quality, weatherstripping details, and finish durability. Swing the doors yourself. Operate the locking mechanisms. Check alignment and clearances.

Fire-rated doors are sectioned to show internal construction. You see why some doors meet code requirements and others don’t.

Furniture & Millwork

Full room setups showing hotel furniture packages, restaurant seating, office millwork, and custom cabinetry. Sit in the chairs. Open the wardrobe doors. Test drawer slides and desktop surfaces.

We maintain sample rooms for several major hotel brands. If you’re building to franchise standards, you can see comparable quality before committing to production.

Why Visit Before Ordering

Verify Quality Standards
Photos and spec sheets don’t tell you if cabinet doors feel solid or flimsy. You need to physically handle materials to judge quality. Our showroom lets you inspect construction details that don’t show up in documentation.

Make Faster Decisions
Choosing between three tile options via email takes weeks. Choosing between three tiles you’re standing in front of takes 20 minutes. Most clients finalize material selections during their showroom visit, eliminating weeks of back-and-forth communication.

Catch Problems Early
Sometimes materials that look good in photos don’t work for your application. Maybe the finish shows fingerprints too easily for a hotel lobby. Maybe the wood grain pattern is too busy for your design concept. Better to discover these issues in our showroom than after you’ve ordered 5,000 square feet of flooring.

See Factory Production
We can arrange factory tours for clients working on large projects. You see how cabinets are assembled, how stone is cut and polished, or how furniture is upholstered. Most factories are within 30 minutes of our showroom.

Factory visits answer questions that showroom samples can’t—like production capacity, quality control processes, and lead time capabilities.

Who Should Visit

Showroom visits make sense for projects over $200,000 where material selection significantly impacts design outcomes. Smaller projects can usually finalize specifications through photos and samples shipped to the US.

  • General contractors bidding complex commercial projects who need to verify quality before committing
  • Hotel developers furnishing multiple properties who want to see furniture packages in person
  • Interior designers specifying custom millwork or unique finishes not available through standard suppliers
  • Architects working on luxury residential projects where finish quality determines project success

If you’re ordering standard materials from our catalog, a showroom visit probably isn’t necessary. If you’re customizing finishes, verifying quality standards, or making decisions that affect your entire project, it’s worth the trip.

Planning Your Visit

Schedule in Advance
Contact us at least one week before your planned visit. We’ll coordinate your showroom tour, arrange factory visits if requested, and schedule meetings with relevant production managers.

Last-minute visits work too, but we can’t guarantee factory access or translator availability without advance notice.
